Smaller improvements and fixes

• Onboarding: Guide new users to creating their first card.
• Storage statistics: Fixed bad calculations as well as correctly showing bigger storage numbers.
• User invites: Fixes flow and wording when inviting users who already have a Codecks account.
• Deck overview: When attaching a milestone to a deck, highlight decks with recently expired milestones.
